Pale golden white. Short brief head in pour, moderate carbonation with medium sized bubbles. Label says it’s part of Heirloom Series, 8% alcohol. Pleasant perfumed apple aromas in nose. Expected McIntosh flavor profile in mouth but much more subtle and complex than that. Ever so slightly off dry, slight astringency in finish so very gently pressed. Slight malic snap in finish. Orange Blossom cider, semi-sweet with added oranges and some pineapple. Slight head on pour, medium sized bubbles, lightly carbonated. Solid apple flavor profile, possibly McIntosh, light pineapple finish with orange-citric aftertaste. Reminds me of orange blossoms in the East Valley near Phoenix, February in the Sonoran desert. Light to medium gold with greenish tint. Leesy nose. Wet stone, McIntosh apple, honey - white flower, camomile. Fresh baguette. Med+ acid, medium body (that’s deceptively rich).
