Sep 2nd, 2019Birth year wine! Took a while for the wine to open. Deep golden yellow. Bruised apples and pears, apple skin. Freshness and minerality throughout the palate. Slightly nutty, like almonds and some florals like bruised petals. Gorgonzola cheese and some herbaceous notes linger. Despite the age, a fresh and delicious white wine.
