Not sure why Delectable calls this a “blend” when it’s 100% Pinot Noir. Pale salmon pink. Fine persistent bubbles. Abundant nose of yeasty cherry. Bright and bone dry palate echoes the nose with a slight dark hint of licorice on the finish. Bracing acidity enhanced by the bubbles. An excellent New World twist on traditional method rosè. Made for food — try it with lighter beef cuts — but tasty enough for a sipper. Drink it when you buy it, of course. — 6 years ago
