N:Inky black, smashed strawberries, some coal tar, herbs, endlessly developing.Smoke & meat. echoed on the palate.
P:Light and dense at the same time, grippy. Blackberries, bright, nice acidity.
I bet w patience, this would round out nicely, crunchy now.All the dark berries.
The little brother of Les Impenitents.
Quality like this from Morgon always makes spring a bit better.

Red deep fruit colour. Very nice nose of cherry and spices, pepper. In the mouth it is both crunchy and of a beautiful intensity, which will express all the better as the bottle will have been aerated for at least a good hour. An elegant bourguignon beaujolais, with a gastronomic profile that is still a little young. Clearly tailored for long guard. — 2 years ago

@Delectable This is the Montpelain bottling. Serious and structured. Needs air. Raspberry coulis and crushed rocks. Gains weight with air. Aged in concrete egg. More time needed. — 2 months ago
