Super fragrant nose lifted by spice, mint, haunting earth notes, stunning minerality, and a wicked pissah sense of place. Tart cherries and constantly unfurling stoney minerality capture the olfactory senses. Ripe and balanced with juicy fruit with ripe tannins and juicy mid season cherry fruit on the back end. Really lingers. Terrific concentration and again that just absurd mineral energy that comes through with some air on all of these Chat Sauvage wines. Nose opens up more and becomes increasingly complex. Man these are the ultimate burg ringers. Such a nice finish. Glides. Terrific lithe and elegant tannins. I’m sure my rating will increase with air. — 4 years ago
Green and effervescent and high acid and delicious — 7 years ago
Quite light green tinged . Restrained fresh apple peel ,
camomile and sea breeze notes . On the palate quite strict salivating acidity with more green fruits , along with the camomile and mineral , chalky, wet stone element . Quite lean with just a hint of sweetness to balance with ok length. Young but enjoyable for now and the next 5 -8 years or so — 4 months ago

Pretty good. Sindija likes it. Not too dry, not too wet. 😂 I mean, not too sweet. It’s good. — 5 years ago
