Well balanced with great flavor. Relaxing — 6 years ago
A wine we brought back from a wine bistro called Boconariz in Santiago a couple of years ago, this is absolutely terrific. Beautiful, intense red-purple color, the tannins are sweet and rich with a great hint of camphor on the nose. Well-integrated tannins with a rich mouthfeel, that camphor component is a bit more amplified on the palate, but not overwhelming by any means. Lingering, balanced finish. Hard to gauge how much longer this will continue to develop, but my guess is that’s it’s peaking right now. Terrific example of a carmenere! — 8 years ago

Spectacular GSM blend....I enjoy how the Syrah adds so much to this wine — 7 years ago

Just delicious! I had the 2017 vintage — 5 months ago
Cor intensa mas não vibrante. Corpo médio. Aroma de frutas e um pouco de álcool. O sabor é de vinho maduro e com amadeirado bem evidente. — 5 years ago
Vinho excelente, harmoniza muito com um bom corte de carne.

A touch musky upon opening with old potpourri, charred black cherries and cranberry. Some black pepper and herbs also showed up on the nose. Dark red with translucence around the rim. Dusty/earthy red and black fruits on the palate (slightly tart)...fairly light bodied, but gained depth as it opened. Violets, red currant, crunchy cranberry, cedar and herbal sage driven toward the finish. Solid structure.
As a side note, this is best slightly below cellar temp. At cellar and when warming in the glass it loses focus. Enjoyed it quite a bit when cooled back down. — 7 years ago

Had the 2014. Minerals, salty and white pepper overtones. An interesting wine. — 8 years ago

Clear, deep purple in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of black cherries, bell peppers, and baking spices; on the palate, it's dry with medium acidity, medium tannins, high alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of blueberries, plums, tar, and clay pots with a short finish. This wine is intense and complex. Overall, I rate this wine as good. I think it needs to breath a little. The fruit intensified after a 30-minute decant. Nellie likes it too — 3 months ago
