Nice sweetness, very versatile. Don't mix with anything. — 9 years ago
The 2nd glass of wine we had in the degustation we had with Byron Hewett and his wife Paulina. This was 100% Roussanne from the Savoie region. I recall it being textural and minerally. A note of pear. Either 2021 or 2022, I can’t recall. I don’t believe the producer was Pierre Boniface - more likely Domaine Adrien Berlioz. — 9 months ago

Blend of Gamay (50%) and Pinot Noir (50%). Lovely light fuchsia color. Aromas and flavors of strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, red flowers and dried mushrooms. Nice mineral-laden and earthy (but a bit short) finish. Mouth watering acidity. Light, crisp and bone dry. Best with food. — 5 months ago
