This wine has a big nose, indeed! In fact, it has a Cyrano de Bergerac sized nose of black raspberry and sage. It has a medium tannic structure which is as soft as water from a limestone spring — with lots of high notes floating on top of the palate. With more calcaire piling on at the end to give it a smooth landing. — 4 years ago
