This wine has a big nose, indeed! In fact, it has a Cyrano de Bergerac sized nose of black raspberry and sage. It has a medium tannic structure which is as soft as water from a limestone spring — with lots of high notes floating on top of the palate. With more calcaire piling on at the end to give it a smooth landing. — 4 years ago

No vintage. This bottle is still a bit closed but lots of potential — 3 years ago
Chenin blanc, fruité, tendu, aromatique aux agrumes et notes d’ananas sur le millésime 2018. Parfait en apéro, parfait sur fruits de mer et crustacés. Le parfait blanc de tous les jours — 3 years ago
Nice GSM southern France
Silky tannins with really longish finish
Nice change from Barossa GSMs - the Shiraz does not drown the blend — 4 years ago
2020 vintage. A blend of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Merlot, and 9% Petit Verdot. An elegant, fresh, medium-bodied, well-balanced wine with good length. It's not very complex, but a reliable, well-made crowdpleaser. No match for the (more expensive)Moulin Riche 2020 tasted alongside. — 7 months ago
Light, smooth. Perfect with mackerel. — 3 years ago
Deep purple colour with clean berry flavour on palate not too tannic but aftertaste and length falling away
Good GSM from Languedoc — 3 years ago

I have been on a Chenin Blanc kick lately. Blended with Chardonnay. Honeysuckle, lemon and a mineral component. Acidity is on the plus side. — 23 days ago
