Drinks like a petite Syrah. Cherry forward but still minerally. Would get again. Very interesting. — 8 months ago

For $17 this is a fantastic bottle of wine. Bright but rich with nice acid. Balsamic cherries? — 17 days ago

2020 vintage. Really good red from good producer. Red plums, cranberry, nice backbone. Good acidity. — 8 months ago
Wonderful light red — 2 years ago
Very nice red wine blend of cab franc, cab Sauvignon, Merlot and Lemberger. Full body and deep red color. Paired really with pan fried pork chops prepared with a rub. I would definitely recommend and buy again. — a month ago
Red? Medium pigment extraction, very good clarity. Woody herbal flavors, cherry and black currant finish. Some unexpected flavors in there so the Lagrein varietal comparison is more apt than I anticipated. With more development, some spice and eucalyptus emerges. Good value but strikes me as different from previous releases by Kiona. Have the grapes changed their varietal expression (climate change), the winemaking, or my palate? Nice wine, good value but no answers, friends — 7 months ago
Zweigelt this year. Red cherry. Dry finish. Austere. Needs a bit more fruit to hit the nines. But very refined rosé — 2 years ago

From Niagara — doing an “Unexpected Regions” tasting. R&D
Plum in the glass.
Dewy, maid of the mist dare I say, black currant, cassis, cloves.
Tart, cherry, cola like.
It’s cool, a little different, light, casual drinking. — 24 days ago
