Soy sauce like aged flavor. Lamole di Lamole Lareale Chianti Classico Riserva 18 @, AD, 250819 — 3 months ago
Interesting Orange wine. Strong tannins, dark and musty, better when paired with a fatty meal to help cut through the acidity. — 7 months ago
Solid Chianti. Everything I want. Fruit, earth, leather, tobacco, more fruit at the end. Tasting great with 8 years of age. — 3 years ago
Really nice CC. Nose has loads of rich, dark cherry and minerally, savory notes. Richly-flavored for an annata, it’s got concentration with very nice balance. Medium acids and a bit of tannin for framing. Stylistically more like a Riserva, but without any noticeable oak. — 2 years ago
Rich and ripe - still with balsamic notes - lovely aromatics. A lively nose from this excellent Chianti vintage. Plummy, savoury red fruits, earthy, a trace of mushroom. Goes without saying that this is an excellent food wine, even with the extra ripeness from the 2016 vintage. — 2 months ago
Drank it with Teredane at Bon Ami. It was wonderful. — 5 months ago
2023 vintage. Light-medium body with a consistent palate presence. No über-demonstrative characteristics but no gaping holes either. Pleasant, pretty and unafraid to converse throughout. At $15.10 resto cost a bottle, beyond decent value with most red Bourgogne efforts running me $35-$50 these days. Picked up two cases. The proverbial cheap chicken and the nice price. 03.28.25. — 7 months ago

Got the bottle, 32 euro at Trattoria Casalinga, Florence for MC BD. Why does Lamole taste better here than in Sydney? — a month ago
