Cada vez que voy apurado al supermercado por un vino el Sommelier me ofrece un carmenere o malbec,  la verdad que hasta ahora acierta, en este caso fue el carmenere, buena calidad precio, siempre cae bien en reuniones familiares o con amigos, no tiene pierde, con  aromas a ciruelas negras, buena estructura en boca, ligero, equilibrado, lo hace  un gran acompañante con las comidas. Nos sirvieron un plato de lentejas , arroz, coronado con una milanesa de carne, ensalada de lechuga, tomate y palta, aceite de oliva discreción, lo disfrutamos mucho, Saludos

Cherry, cassis, wood chips, eucalyptus on the nose. Very well balanced fruit, tannins, and spice. Definitely a fair amount of oak here, but the fruit is refined with plums, dark cherry, and a fair amount of alcohol. This would be amazing with pasta or steak. — 6 years ago

(Trust the picture, not the ID - Syrah Reserva)- medium body, HUGE violets, but not fancy soap. Cherry, Red Vines, pomegranate juice. Medium finish, dry & tannic, just gorgeous.

Had this again a month later (post-covid), getting Thanksgiving dinner, huge sage on the nose, fresh cranberries, some sneaky menthol on the finish. I LOVE IT. — 3 years ago
