I’ve had very mixed experiences with wine from the Canary Islands one day they taste delicious and then the next they are on the stinky side which some attribute to the volcanic soil... but this one is definitely one of the best I’ve had. Very Chablis like (immense minerality) with just a little bit of a reductive nose. Delish with chirashi 😋🍣 — 6 years ago
Crisp, saline, mineral, volcanic, and fantastic with pan con tomate and tortilla espanola! — 6 years ago

Salmon color in the glass. Salty melon, passionfruit, and bergamot. This has to be one of the hardest places in the world to make wine. Why all these wines so salty, lately? Is it me? — 25 days ago
