I’ve had very mixed experiences with wine from the Canary Islands one day they taste delicious and then the next they are on the stinky side which some attribute to the volcanic soil... but this one is definitely one of the best I’ve had. Very Chablis like (immense minerality) with just a little bit of a reductive nose. Delish with chirashi 😋🍣
