There's a bitterness here that isn't for everyone. But minerality, light lemon peels, and maybe some sage prevail here not so much on the nose but the palate. A substantial body that makes this closer to a Chardonnay than a Pinot Gris. While I love the apple aromas typical of Posip, this one has less of that.
