Red berries all the way. Medium body, medium+ acidity and medium tannins. Had this with moules and not a terrible pairing. Enough acid to withstand the tomatoes but soft enough tannins to not clash with the seafood. Nice natural offering from the Clare Valley. — 5 years ago
