2021 vintage. Not a fan of Sonoma Cabs (excepting the old late 70's-mid 90's Laurel Glen efforts). Exceptional polish and harmony for a great but new vintage release. Medium body. Drinking verry nicely now but should really start strutting its stuff in 3-4 years. A "pretty" Sonoma Cab. 10.30.24. — 2 months ago
Yet another killer wine from the Balkans that will contribute to pushing this region toward the top. A dark, juicy Cab with nice tannins; very smooth. Am beyond pleased ! However the price point is high in comparison to other Balkan wines that are of equal quality. — 3 years ago
I believe this is one of the bottles we ordered while visiting the tasting room in August 2023. Always delivers. Delivers delivers delivers. So good. — 3 months ago
1hr+ decant. Dark red color with nice purple rims. Dark fruit and vanilla on the nose. Decent tannins on the palate with dark cherries. Seemed higher alcohol than I was expecting, but also very sweet. Medium depth and finish. A few more years might help this. — 7 months ago
2012 Sine Qua Non Touché Estate Syrah. Pairing well with Gail’s Tie dye designs (tiedyebygail.com). Amazing Syrah for the actual birthday meal at Ca Bianca in Santa Rosa. We really needed this vacation after working the Pacific Dream Machines show with her tie dye vendor booth. Best winery visits were Kamen, b-wise, and Mumm. After two nights of Granache, gobsmacked by this Syrah. — 2 years ago
