Ocean Reserve Blanc de Blancs 2020

Pale lemon in color with a golden hue.

Nose of limes, yeast, earth, citrus, brioche, minerals, spices, sea salt and light herbs.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity and medium sized bubbles.

Dry on the palate with lemons, green apples, herbs, yeast, earth, spices, white pepper and brioche.

Long finish with limes and light herbs.

This is a very tasty sparkling wine from Russian River Valley. Feels very fresh, complex and entertaining. Nicely balanced and elegant.

This 6 year old Blanc de Blanc will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.

Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself or with food.

100% Chardonnay grapes were aged for 4 years on the lees.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

91 points.

Brut X Chardonnay - Pinot Noir Sparkling Blend 2021

T’is good, but definitely a little sharp on the apple…. I have another bottle, and I will definitely drink it. But, I prefer some of their other offerings. — 2 months ago

Volcanic Hill Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 1998

Decant and pour. An amazing still dark garnet with bricking. On the nose: subtle notes of dark fruit, worn leather, herbaceous, pencil shavings, mint. Taste: savory, silky, elegant wine with some dried cherry/red plum, currants, tobacco, spice, earth, coffee grounds and a medium plus finish. YUM!!! Drinking beautifully for its age on this rain for an hour cool afternoon in Napa. — a month ago

Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Big, dark yummy Cab. Schroeder does a great job bringing this alive - jammy with soft tannins, not as velvety as I would like but soft enough! App isn’t allowing location - had at Steak48 — a month ago

Hermitage Syrah 1997

The pinnacle of Syrah.

It opens with smoked meat, dried black olive, leather, and stone.

The palate is graceful and savory, where fading dark fruit, iron, and earth glide on silken, fully melted tannins.

Legendary Hermitage!
