Surprisingly good Cabernet Sauvignon from the Texas Hill Country Becker winery.. The grapes are actually grown in the Texas High Plains. I had drank another Becker Iconoclast years ago and it was very good. The wine was smooth with strong hints of chocolate. Paired well with red meat. Drank in December 2023. — a year ago

Interesting and seamless blend. Syrah, pinotage, Cabernet, petit Verdot. Red spicy fruit meet s’mores. Earth, smoke. Great wine that is both very interesting, but comforting. Needs a better label.
