Another excellent blend by Mi Sueño. I drank it young, very fruity and well balanced. Could sit in the cellar at least five more years. — 7 years ago

Really enjoyed this chardonnay - totally Carneros. However, what I enjoyed even more is the story of the winemaker, Rolando Herrera and how this wine came to be! — 9 years ago
Big, bold and outstanding. A little more dark fruit heavy than some of its argentinean relatives. — 10 years ago

Pale cloudy ruby; medium plus intensity aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, cranberry, subtle red apple, yellow peach, mushroom, earth; dry, high acid, low tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium plus finish, screaming high acid, but well balanced with elegant flavors — 5 years ago
Mesmerizing nose of rich, slightly ripe red and black fruits that are unmistakably Napa, licorice, prune, smoked meat, black tea, dark chocolate, dried mushroom, cigar box, all tightly knit together. The palate was equally impressive with warm soft texture and complex layer. The full body is self-assured with power and grace. Velvety tannins still has baby teeth. And the lightly spiced and sweet finish lasts for minutes.
A complete wine at 15 years, but will reach perfection in another 5-10 years. — 6 years ago
Really nice wine. Beautiful color with just a hint of straw. Crisp and fruit forward. This is well done especially for a grape not easy to grow in NC. — 7 years ago
2010 Herrera Selecion Rolando Jr, Napa. Opaque garnet color, full bodied, balanced tannins. Black cherry, cola, pepper, earth, vanilla notes. After some air, silky mouthfeel, long finish. Beautifully integrated, drinking well right now. — 8 years ago
Very delicate. Light on the palate with essences of allspice and Carmel. Dry and delicious 😋. — 9 years ago
