Notes of coffee on the nose. Typical Napa cab presentation. On the palate it’s tannic and boisterous, but it demonstrates its pedigree. Black cherries dominate the palate. My type of cab, which needs bottle age. — 6 years ago

Lovely Bordeaux blend but in a more fruit-forward USA style. Some sweet elements to start followed by an elegant Merlot right-bank mid-palette, but no Bordeaux bite in the finish. Good but I’d still prefer a real Bordeaux. — 9 months ago
