Most amazing Moscato I have ever had. Not overly sweet. Simply unbelievable. I must try! — 8 years ago
This is 2013 Boschetti Vineyard - old vine zinfandel by Castello di Amorosa. The color is spot on for a zin. The bouquet is blackberry pie. And Cardamon. The initial palate is pure blackberry and raspberry. Then comes the zing of a great Zinfandel. Spice Spice Spice! These people have it down. It is a light wine with an almost pinot noir ending however. It is not very dry but not sweet either. The ending is fast. — 9 years ago
A wonderful Zin! Notes of berries and celery. Velvety smooth, cream, smokiness, currant, blackberries. Mild tannins, medium body with a semi dry finish. — 10 years ago
Excellent light bodied wine especially for lunch. Had this with family before lunch starting at 11 am that my brother in law brought in from Europe — 13 years ago
Pehmeä, vähän hapokas. Samettinen. Helppo mutta selkeästi tyylikäs ja hyvä. Ei hilloinen. — 7 years ago
Smoky, gamey, soy with tons of fruit and just the right amount of acid — 13 years ago

Interesting and a little atypical nose. Just-cut cedar, moist humus (not hummus), and smoke-tinged blackberry. Some rock dust too, which i expect from Paso, but not from RRV. Full-flavored, briary blackberry fruit in the mouth. The back half of the palate has some peppery heat (which I would not expect from a Zin clocking in at only 14.2%). Dry and drying on the finish. Great with my pasta. — 8 years ago
