The nose is an entire florist shop, such an intense bouquet! Dried tobacco and light strawberry play with rose petal on the palate. Must try wine of 2018! — 8 years ago

Asolo is best known as one of only two DOCG areas for Prosecco but they make some interesting red wines there like this totally pleasant, easy to drink and enjoy lighter bodied wines. Medium minus tannin, medium plus acidity and lovely red fruit character - sour cherry, red cherry, wild strawberry, red plum, a touch of dried herbs, cassis, violet, black cherry and more. Rewarding blend of merlot, cab Sauvignon, cab franc, and the rare Veneto variety recontino. 13% abv. A very pleasant discovery. — 3 years ago
This is actually the Domaine Tabordet L’ Autre Rive. Delectable did not have this label. Great value in Sancerre. Great bright fruits, beautiful acidity with enough backbone to pair nicely with Jenny’s “Farmers Market Salad w/ Feral Heart Farm Beets, Toasted Honey Seeds Clusters, Feral Heart Farms Shoots & Greens, Goat Cheese, Gluseppe, Giusti Balsamic & Fine Herb Vinaigrette.” Yum. Amazing. Elegant and silky Pinot Noir with such delicious red fruit. Earth and spice combined with red fruit. Buy and drink now if you can find it.

Simple yet complex. Full bodied. Silky. Almost as if I’m discovering how incredible wine is for the first time. Impeccable. — 7 months ago
Delicious but also on the pricier side. Paired with lasagna. Darker fruits and raisins, jammy, robust, well-balanced. Would love to have again. — 3 years ago
Very nice - cherry and vanilla. Quite soft for a brunello, but well worth drinking. — 7 years ago
Fantastic. Needs to breathe a bit. Wet stone on the nose, the tannins come through with lovely berries, dried or sugared. Almond skin, maybe. A good compromise between oaky and earth spice. — 8 years ago
