2021 noice! Eminently drinkable. Oak light, melon notes. Hints (only) of old style buttery wooded Aus chardy’s — 4 years ago
Complexity of dark fruit along with red currant berries and underneath side of tobacco leaf herb-leaf and cigar all together balances and deep on palate with yet soft structure at finishings 🤵🏼

With bbq, stood up and tasted great. — 8 years ago
PnP. Drinking young. Very dark, thick red color. Medicinal tones, cedar, and dark cherries on the nose with some oak. Same on the palate. Seems higher than the 14.4 OH. Next to zero finish which is disappointing. Average Napa Cab right now and seems way overpriced at $60+. — 3 years ago

Just as delicious as I remember it. Can distinctly taste the black cherry. It is delightful to taste the actual description of the wine. Definitely on the sweeter side. — 6 years ago
Easy drinking, nice and refreshing — 6 years ago
Smooth, slightly sweet start. Green/spicy end notes, a bit stronger than I'd prefer, but good for smaller sips — 8 years ago
The Barnetts are first class people, and operate a first class winery. If you're in Napa you owe it to yourself to make the trek up to take in their spectacular views and fantastic wines!
This is the best example of the Sangiacomo Chardonnay I've had to date. Baked pears, apricots, and butterscotch leap from the Glass without any coaxing. The palate follows through with similar intensity as well.
An abv listed at 14.7% is very well concealed. Oak, fruit, and acidity are all in harmony. Thank you David Tate for making the type of chardonnay I've been craving lately. — 8 years ago

Reserve version. shy nose. Fresh and young and dry. Wet rock. Linear. Needs to fatten up. — 3 years ago
If anyone wants a perfect example of a Cali merlot, give them this. Big blue fruit with some pine and cedar. It’s not subtle, but it’s good. If you’re a Merlot lover, get this. — 4 years ago
Yum! A sweet, fruity red, like a sangria. — 6 years ago

Might have kept this a little too long as the flavors are a bit muddled. The aromas/nose on it fills the room so it’s very aromatic. The finish is long but all in the mid-palate and nothing in the cheeks so feels lacking. More acidic than I love. — a year ago
