Kryddig, nyanserad smak med inslag av fat, skogshallon, lagerblad, björnbär, vitpeppar, lavendel och ceder. Serveras vid cirka 18°C till rätter av mörkt kött, gärna grytor och stekar. — 5 years ago
Reminds me of a lot of carbonic wines I’ve had. It is lovely and wonderful. Flowers, light red fruits, some tannin. I would have guessed gamay, Pinot gris, and maybe zin. Shocked to see Pinot and chardonnay. Does it tell me anything about where it’s from? I’m not sure. I feel like this type of wine could be made anywhere and maybe that’s the point. Or maybe this is willamette pinot? — 4 years ago

1996 vintage. Really nice specimen. Opened (not decanted) and tasted after two hours. Unified earthy, funky, lived in BDX nose paired with medium body. Surprisingly, still a splash of baby fat evident on the cheeks along with a blue fruit accent. Ripe plum, cassis and leather followed. Drinking great currently with extensive follow-through on the finish and should hold as such till 2030. 02.28.25. — 9 days ago
