Full bodied ruby purple core with medium intensity armpitting dark fruit of cherry and blackcurrant. Cherry lingerings underpinned by oak with long, smooth 100 yard dash finish like Flo-Jo. — 10 years ago
Just lovely blend, long finish. Can't quite place a name on the taste of the finish, but unusual. Flo and loved this tonight. — 11 years ago

A very good choice when you are in the mood for a perfectly balanced mouthful of that herbal sweet bitterness of a characterful blanc. It has the grip, it has the lenght, but I had no seafood. What a shame! — 4 years ago

Dark color and nice nose of dried cherry, ripe plum, spices and herbs. Dried roses as well. Very aromatic. Palate is deep, juicy and so sleek and refined. Terrific finish and really pumps the fruit on the finish. Nose starts to deliver wild mint, mashed mid season to late season cherries after some minor aeration. Tannins are slate like, but ripe and gorgeous. Really rich but also fresh and energetic. A terrific value and that finish and explosive mid palate is the story. This is a glugger but also has the guts to age. — a year ago
