Saumur Blanc Chenin Blanc

No surprises, just spot on. Candied lemon, green apple, browned butter, wooly, great acid

Apple, acid and structure. Gulpable.

Apple juice with acidity, classic Chenin again, quite a natural expression.

Bracing acidity. Luscious fruit. Crystalline minerality. And yummy too. Almost at as good as the taille aux loups brettoniere that preceded it.

Could it be that 2012 is better for Collier reds and 2011 for whites? Not that this wasn't very good.
