Love the aromatics. Great wine. The top of the cork crumbled but the rest of the cork held ok and there was nothing wrong with the wine. Bought it at the winery tasting room in April 2021. — 17 days ago
Dark salmon pink, red tinged, excellent clarity. Sulfite, floral and cherry notes in nose. Red fruit and lemon flavors, later tangerine skin emerges; mineral (and later, black pepper) finish, sweet cherry skin and tangerine peel aftertaste. Almost dry, not bad at all — 2 months ago
I could go on and on but I'll sum it up this way. About as perfect and balanced as grape juice can be. Hints, touches and arousalnof feelings of why you fell in love with wine to begin with. It's a top of Everest pleasure. If yiu have it, share with friends. Its an experience. — 5 months ago
A local producers wine we bought at a tasting we literally ran into quite awhile ago. I forgot about it. Left it in improper storage and thought about just chucking it. Then, I said, ah try it. Surprisingly still good. Might help it really doesn’t get very hot here often. As well, it had a screw top. If anyone doesn’t think screw top wines don’t age more slowly, this wine is here to say you’re incorrect in that thinking. In fact, this 09 still has 3-5 years of life in it despite its unconventional storage.
It’s dark, ripe, lush & juicy fruits of; blackberries, black raspberries, black cherries, both plums, some raspberries & hints of blueberries. Tree sap with bark, dark, sweet tarriness, cinnamon stick, dark spices with some heat, clove nutmeg, vanilla, forest floor, volcanics, limestone, dry crushed rocks, dry tobacco, anise, mint, herbal notes, dark, red and purple florals. Acidity is pleasant. The finish is steady, nicely balanced fruit & earth and falls into minerals & spice as it sets.
For a Pinot, it is showing a pronounced amount of tannins and showed tannin sludge in the neck while decanting.

This is just flat-out fabulous. White, wonderful taste and aroma. It reminds me of walking through a winery, as if I took the smells and somehow distilled them like a cognac so they were just the very top end of the most lovely smells. Great bottle of wine. And I couldn't tell you if it's berries or not, something I can't put my finger on at all. — 2 months ago
2017 is very enjoyable now, might like to try it again in a couple of years. Love Durant wines. The 2015 is top notch. — 4 months ago
This Prosecco is light and bubbly, hazy and soft, with apple and pear crisp notes; it’s very subtle, delicate, and has foamy bubbles.
Still it’s crisp and the acidity pairs well with the fried crab cakes made using my father’s mayonnaise recipe flavored with Dijon mustard, garlic, thyme, flat leaf parsley, and chives and with minced jalapeño and red bell pepper on top paired with a green salad made with a champagne / Dijon dressing (also my father’s recipe).
Merci, mon cher Père 🙏💕

Blown away. I cannot recall a domestic pinot noir that holds a candle to this wine. A clear ruby in the glass with soaring notes of forest floor, crushed cherries and raspberries, tobacco and sandalwood. On the palate, elegant yet multidimensional with incredible depth of flavor, with gradually building notes of mushroom, meaty dark cherries, cranberries, leather and anise followed by a persistent spicy and mouth coating finish. Very Burgundian, leaning toward a top notch vosne romanee. — 5 months ago
