Gorgeous light Ruby on the pour, ample red fruit aromas with oaky spice notes. Palate has big cherry and sweet red plum flavors, cacao and cinnamon spice with balanced oak. Holy moly. This is a juice fest. An organic, unfiltered juice fest. Had my first sip at room temp, then @Emily Wilson suggested it be chilled, and OH MAN. Once it’s cool, this bad boy really delivers. Hints of raspberry, strawberry, and red currant. Awesome minerality.
