Way better chilled. Hints of lemon curd and key lime pie. Kind of sweet with a touch of creme brûlée. Not a huge fan of Riesling, but I would drink again if presented to me. — 7 years ago
Super drinkable. Light, juicy and earthy. Hints of black cherry, raspberry, and wet rock. Tart with a slightly smoky aftertaste. — 7 years ago
Funky on the nose. Black cherry and cranberry aromas. Earthy and juicy. Acidic, but also tart and dry. Long finish. — 7 years ago
Fresh, effervescent with notes of passion fruit and melon. — 6 years ago
Holy moly. This is a juice fest. An organic, unfiltered juice fest. Had my first sip at room temp, then @Emily Wilson suggested it be chilled, and OH MAN. Once it’s cool, this bad boy really delivers. Hints of raspberry, strawberry, and red currant. Awesome minerality. Slightly effervescent like a sophisticated, funky, but truly exceptional red wine kombucha. I mean that in the best way possible. — 7 years ago
Bright, juicy, acidic Gamay with notes of raspberry and cranberry. Slight effervescence. — 7 years ago
Light, soft, and fruit-forward, like a gentler version of a Central Coast Pinot Noir. Nice minerality with a subtle touch of spice. — 7 years ago
Smells of earth and wet rock with a bit of barnyard funk. Violet red in the glass. Raspberry and cranberry notes with a hint of tannins. Bright acidity makes it a lighter red than expected. Really smooth and pleasant to drink. Would recommend as an affordable Nebbiolo. — 7 years ago
Fresh, juicy, fruity and spicy. Well-structured with a wide-ranging, generous flavor profile. Slightly carbonated, tart, and fragrant. It’s like smelling into a bouquet of flowers only to sip and get punched in the face by a bunch of red fruit (think cranberry, currant, cherry and plum). Did I mention this bad boy’s natural? — 7 years ago

Strong and funky, yet light and fruity with a slightly earthy undertone that borders on wet rock. Bright acidity with hints of cranberry, currant skin, plum, and dead leaves. Subtly stemmy tannins and a satisfying touch of minerality. — 5 years ago
