Delicious and smooth. Wonderful with Tapas, especially any involving chorizo or jamon. Give it plenty of time to decant and it drinks very easy. Would buy again! — 4 years ago
Impressive carinyena. Crisp and fruity. Excellent structure. Amazing value. It was amazing with jamon and a cheese board. — 6 years ago
Very drinkable. Enjoyable w/ or w/o food. Had once w/ jamon & once w/ tomato/waterlemon salad. Snacking while drinking. Tastes of light skinned fruits. Cherries/strawberries. Smells earthy. — 7 years ago
2015. Light red colour. Light spice and smoke, caramelised bbq, slight red fruit first nose. Whole green peppercorn and jamon second nose. Light in the mouth. Tannic spicy but not astringent. Cold and clean in the finish. — 8 years ago
Perfect acid and fruit and biscuits. Delicious with Jamon Iberico chips... — 9 years ago
Surprised by the complexity of this blend. Catalonian Grenache and Carignan. Went well with the jamon iberico but especially the mackeral kimchee wrap. — 9 years ago
Dark purple. Very nice with ribeye. Would buy again. This would be awesome with Jamon y queso — a year ago

Semi dry light citrus and taste like melon with the jamon cantaloupe. Nose like fennel and apple. RP 91 — 9 years ago
Priorat circa 1990's- taking cues from what RP was liking in California and Bordeaux dark, inky stuff that is great for washing down foie and gras and Jamon. But not a wine I would open to appreciate on its own. Reviewing more supple, delicate Garnatxa Crianza coming soon! — 2 years ago
Lovely and bracing. Almost too sour for me but quite tasty. I can see this cider going with a wide range of victuals. There’s just a tutch of the funky brininess that is almost like olives. I like that it’s crisp and isn’t too cloying. Pass the jamon! — 7 years ago
Incredibly complex 30 year Oloroso from Bodegas Tradicion. Bought this after a great tour and tasting at Tradicion. It’s definitely the best sherry I’ve ever tasted. Dried and apricots, burnt orange, bitter orange peel, toasted hazelnuts, caramelized brown sugar sea salt and chocolate with a beautiful acidity and drive on the palette. Would pair this with jamon iberico, toasted nuts, and a nice salty cheese. Just stunning. — 7 years ago

Purple tint. Aromas of tobacco and … jamon? Light Rainier cherry fruit, hint of savoriness. Heavy tannins for he light weight of the wine. — 3 months ago
