Still holding up. Not premox! Lovely and delicate, with beach and tide pool aromas, brine, seaweed, salty air. Perfect w oysters. Delicious. — 3 years ago
Nobody got my Christmas vacation reference with my last wine. Not even my wife. I like this wine. Can't quite place what I smell but it tastes real good. Reminds me of a wine I had in Alabama. Go Bama, roll tide! — 7 years ago
I actually have never been to Alabama but I love that scene in Crimson Tide. My good friend @Todd Abrams wants a Mamma Mia reference so I will work that in for him in the future.
Lime carried along by a rip tide of acid. Enjoyable stuff, but I think a little rs would add balance and allow greater textural and flavor expression. As expected, better on night 2. — 8 years ago
Easter peeps/Cherry Tide detergent on the nose (a good way actually). Plums and cherry and hint of menthol on the nose. Red licorice. Reminiscent of Zinfandel but lacks the pepper/spice. Easy finish. — 7 years ago
