Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc. Dark and inky ruby/purple color. Aromas of ripe red and black fruit, purple flowers, baking spices and a light touch of vanilla. Juicy flavors of dark cherry, black berry/currant and raspberry fruit with additional notes of chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cedar. A bit of black pepper spice on the long finish. Medium body and acidity with very smooth tannins. Well balanced and versatile. Solid quality for the price. — 7 months ago
Last bit from the bottle. Orange color. Smokey and woody. Kept very well for all those years — 13 days ago

Very good. A blackberry, plum and trinity: an oak, a vanilla and tobacco. — 6 months ago

Notes of blackberry, jammy black currant with modest earthiness. — 2 years ago
Delicious Shiraz. I wasn’t expecting much from it as it’s from the grocery store & was already 5 years old with a twist top instead of cork. I am pleasantly surprised that the taste isn’t sour. This was definitely a win — 9 months ago
