This is terrific. Majority picotendro, the local clone of Nebbiolo, along with 3 local grapes I’ve never heard of. An earlier review listed them, if you’re curious. This is an alpine Nebbiolo. Light, slightly sour cherry/ raspberry with a wee bit of earthiness. A mouthful of flavor. Tannins are there but integrated pretty well. Will buy this again. Think it was @$18! — 4 months ago

Faint fuscia and apricot on the nose, fruity on the palate. Medium full body. Delightful. — 8 months ago
Revisiting an old friend. From one of Europe’s highest vineyards. Pure, clean citrus fruit hits you right away like a freshly melted alpine stream in spring. As the bottle warms up, unexpected tropical notes emerge - coconut and pineapple (aka nuances of piña colada). — 4 months ago
