Needs about an hour to open up. Still has lots of fruit, wood, tannin. After it opens up the balance sets in. black fruits and wood on the nose. Slight vegetal, deep rich palate, and slight tingling acidity. Finish is a little port like and yet balanced with soft burlap tannins. — 6 years ago
Lovely with a few years of aging. Enjoyed with chicken Parmesan-basil garlic &tomato sauce. Terrific acid to acid balance. — 7 months ago

Wet granite rock, mineral, lemon zest, lush body, that leads to bright acid and clean lingering finish. More please. ‘23 vintage — 2 years ago
Rich, elegant, smoky, anise notes, ripe black fruits, medium + body, lingers with supple tanins that reach out and grip here and there. Wish the bottle was larger.
Enjoyed with a Dijon Rosemary crusted rack of lamb. Perfect. — 3 years ago

Earthy, dried rose petal, showing some dark brick color. Cork fully intact upon removal with Durand . Medium ++ body. Chewy grippy tannins. Immediate thought was this could go another 20 years! Little more fruit showing after 30 minutes open. Enjoying with a lamb shoulder roast and heirloom pumpkin hash. Happy Heavenly Birthday Karly! Hold ‘em if you got ‘em. Have a ‘15 and ‘18. I’ll be waiting much longer to open them. — 11 days ago
