Very fruit forward nose, with a pale peach color and tight bubbles. The nose hints at strawberries, a little rhubarb and raspberry, with a dry mineral note. The palate has beautiful acidity, with notes of peach, tangerine, maybe some hints of oregano or dry thyme, with a zippy, dry finish that hints at grapefruit and rose water. The most intriguing white I’ve had all year.
Kind of reminds me of Simone Palette but with way more going on. The nose is utterly intoxicating. It is rich and voluminous but the streak of minerality keep it fresh AF. Also kind of reminds me of Domino Aguila Blanco. Just outstanding. I want more!!!!!!! — 3 years ago
