Bold Chablis, full of flavor and young energy. Racy acidity, green apple, almond. Delicious but not delicate, so I recommend it with food. With Mapo potatoes and sook mei faan. But tbh we switched to a lighter drier Prosecco which went better with the spiciness — 2 months ago
This 2023 is a very enjoyable easy drinking Sav Blanc with one foot firmly planted in the old world and one dangling in the new world. Had some peachy quality reminiscent of Napa while showing chalky minerality with lime oeel. Summer food/ table wine. — 4 months ago
