Be of the better Gamay’s that I have had. Beautiful red fruit. — 3 months ago
Nice gamay with 13 percent alcohol. It is surprising and drinks above its weight class. We had it with a nice dinner but it would be a good wine with a picnic in the country. It has a beautiful balance of red fruit with a note of bitterness that gives it a complex flavor. Would be happy to drink again - a nice surprise! 😎 — 5 years ago

Nice Thanksgiving pairing. Very glou glou. Perfect food wine. Mellow. Garnet hue. More minerality than some. A little cherry cola on the nose. — 6 years ago

This is the “Mosaïque” which is made from specific vines over 50 years old and aged in a mix of amphora and stainless steel which is a distinct difference from the standard bottling. Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course 90min. The 2019 pours a brilliant ruby color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe red fruits: strawberry, raspberry, cherry, red flowers, licorice, herbs, and a touch of black pepper. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. This is really attractive. So fresh. So pure. Fantastic with chicken liver mousse mixed with duck fat. Drink now through 2029. — a month ago
