Top Notes For
A really pleasant wine. Strawberry, cranberry plus a hint of burnt tire and nice earthiness. Not overly complex but well balanced nose with a good fruit to earth ratio. Tanins are at a good level of textural sharpness without being too rough. Gobs of black pepper finishing with a steely minerality on the finish. Day 2 and it has a nice dill note and a medicinal touch.
