"The Vineyard estate is set in the pioneering Texas Hill Country where we revel and quality and innovation. Ripened in the Autumn sun on a south facing slope of gravel soil, our Cabernet was fermented delicately over a two week period & aged 2 years in French Oak." — 5 months ago
This stuff is a flavour BOMB l, so intensely juicy, crazy acidity, but so crushable. Definitely a 24 candidate, by far best wine-in-a-can I've had. — 3 years ago
Amazing aromas of cherry, black current. Lush and jammy. Very nice. — 3 months ago

More notes later while I revel in the beauty of this.
Nose is fresh and crushed roses and gorgeous early season cherry. Some lovely umami as well and tar. Just so fragrant and has a haunting quality. It’s really pretty. Achingly so. Palate is the platonic ideal of early season cherry. So elegant and nimble on the palate. Volnay like. Good fruit and length. Dusty fine tannin. Wow. — a year ago
