Round, creamy chateau Neuf white. For a white it tastes much better after decanting for 30 min. Opens up with buttery earthy mushroom notes. Goes beautifully with some creamy Epioisse type cheese. Certainly a very nice food wine. — 8 years ago

This #rhone region isn't just for red wines. #châteauneufdupape makes very nice whites as evidenced by this example. Just a touch of floral notes plus nutty aromas. Medium light body and buttery finish make for a great wine to drink on 80°F plus Houston winter day. — 8 years ago
