Chocolate and plums. Holding up pretty well considering the style — 4 years ago
It’s funny. Paring is important. This is great with a peppery tri-tip and makes it a 9.0. Not great with pasta or anything without peppery taste. Also the storage or the way it was bottled could have something to do with it as well. Completely different compared to the same vintage almost 6 months ago. — 6 years ago
This is Pedregal Vineyards, San Benito AVA. Nice style on the label. Dark color. Smells of cola and funky fruit concoctions. Hint of wet rocks and metals. Flavors are great. Cherry pits, berry pie and under-ripe Santa Rosa plum. There is great balance in there. Silky with plenty of complexity. This is CA Pinot at its bestest. — a year ago
Enjoyed this in the tasting room at the vineyard. I found it unique for the region and bought a bottle to take home. — 5 years ago

I know i have had this wine before and didn’t like it, but for some reason letting it age longer than a usual white wine improved the taste. — 4 years ago
