Delicious Shiraz. I wasn’t expecting much from it as it’s from the grocery store & was already 5 years old with a twist top instead of cork. I am pleasantly surprised that the taste isn’t sour. This was definitely a win — 3 months ago
This wine is a great casual drink especially after some much needed aeration. But also as a Private Chef this wine was a perfect addition to the sauce of the Short Ribs I made for a client last weekend. It gave incredible balance to the tomato paste and melded wonderfully with the thyme and rosemary which wasn’t a surprise due to the vanilla. What made it so great is that fact that it didn’t lose it Cab presence in a sauce that typically can drown out most medium bodied Cabs. Definitely a new fav! — 9 months ago

Long finish of buttery caramel that is fresh and light. — 5 months ago
Surprisingly smooth and mellow. It’s nice for a blend and would buy again. Plus I like bourbon. — 2 years ago
2008 inaugural batch. Cellared well. Delicious. Sour ale still singing. Would say stewed currants 17 years in. — a month ago
