Flavors of lemon/lime, white peach, grapefruit and apricot fruit with a touch of honey. Firm mineral backbone comes to the forefront on the long and lingering (slightly tingly) finish. A delightful one I wouldn't normally have picked up. High acidity, underripe stone fruits with mature, ripened lemon notes. Nice long tail for a white, and good complexity of flavor (dry wild herbs) at the end. I liked this more than I expected. — 7 months ago
