Deep dusty cherries , roses, bramble on the nose.
Pure Sangiovese fruit on the palate, that dusty element returns with great acidity and healthy tannins. Wonderful. Thanks — 6 years ago

2012 vintage. Finally opened this amazing find from our 2017 Tuscany trip. Superb Sangiovese and Merlot blend, after about an hour of opening up and aeration, this went down nicely. Decent aroma on the nose, subtle taste of cherry with smooth tannins, a nice dry blend with the offset of Merlot. Paired phenomenally well with Marcello’s Spaghetti Bolognese. — 3 months ago

Interesting and complex. It has three acts. Unusual Pinot. Has a unique initial taste that is a mix of licorice and jammy elements. But in an elegant manner. It then evolves into a balanced Pinot. The finish is long w savory notes. Will try again. — 6 years ago
