Incredibly fresh tasting for a wine of this age. Interesting Priorat blend of Carinena (Carignan-70%), Merlot (15%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (15%). Complex aromas of fresh herbs, forest floor, wet slate and ripe black fruits. Plum and prune flavors lead the palate with hints of blackberry and dark chocolate. Chewy tannins, harmonious and nicely balanced. Savory, plush and tasting way younger than its age. Brilliant! Thanking Kevin Z. for sharing this bottle. — 3 months ago

Strawberries and raspberries on the nose, surprisingly soft structure (although still a "big" wine) with sweetness, inky, powdery, ripe tannins. Earth tones emerge at the back of the palate. Already in the drinking window but no rush to consume these. 95+. Awesome wine! — a month ago
