Hot damn. Deep and aromatic. Plums, blackberries, blueberries, violets, black pepper, chocolate and a hint of green character. Just starting to take on secondary characteristics. A big wine with dense tannins that point to the cellar.

People may say that 2011 was a horrible year. But this Bordeaux is drinking very nicely. Definitely a nice addition to a steak dinner, hell, maybe even a little BBQ. Easy drinking and not bad for the price! — 5 years ago
Dark, glass staining color. Needed an hour to open up. Dark cherry, blackberry and lacy minerality line the nose. Almost chewy with broad tannins to start, which softens into a delicious blackberry pie finish. No significant excidence of oak. Drink with decant or hold for at least 5 more years. — 2 years ago
Earthy, minimal fruit, still medium plus acidity despite age. Smooth yet noticeable tannins — 7 years ago
Excellent and balanced on open. Should improve further with a little air. — 3 years ago
Love this wine, spice, lots of dark berries, nice tannins, smooth oak and vanilla finish — 4 years ago
