A blend of 90% Sauv Blanc and 10% Semillon. Pale yellow color with aromas of citrus, floral, wet stone and tropical fruit. On the palate rich fruits of mango and peach flavors with citrus zest and earthy mineral notes on a balanced structure with lively fresh acidity. Aged 50% in stainless steel and 50% in old Burgundian barrels. Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and herb notes. On the palate flavors of green apple, pear and lime citrus with notes of pepper and herb spice. Medium+ finish, chalky, vivid acidity and ends with mineral spice. Nice! — 8 months ago

Pear and juicy cool fresh cut fruit on the nose. Green apple, some mineral dust. Palate is refreshing and generous with the cool typicity of the Loire, never mind this is Chardonnay. A wine of terroir- but a little funky and off kilter.. But… Beware, started to turn microbial a day after opening. — 3 years ago
