Crisp apple notes, fresh floral aromas, and perfect straw color. Intense sweetness balanced out by acidity and dryness — 19 days ago

This wine has barely any color at all, just a very faint yellow-green tint. The nose is nice. There is a slight trace of petrol, which I always love to find in a Riesling. More dominant is a lanolin note which joins a light floral aroma. The palate straddles the fence between dry and sweet, offering up some tasty stone fruit and a savory side marked by gentle spices and a workable acidity. I would like a drier wine better, but I drank this quaff gladly and poured another. — 10 days ago
Full bodied, dense, deep ruby Bordeaux. On the nose: dark mulberry fruit, cedar, & a touch of eucalyptus/camphor. On the palate: dark fruit, cedar and light tannins. After 40 minutes decanted the tannins recede and the soft fruit is delicious. This wine is fully mature and a terrific offering from Medoc. If you have it or can get it, drink now and enjoy! — a month ago

High alcohol and earthy on the nose. Big up front with Silky finish. Blueberry or blackberry. Medium to high tannins. Let it breathe a bit. — 9 days ago
Very tasty! Lots of flavor but still well balanced. — a month ago

Why don’t we all drink more Aligoté? Because they’re not all like this. A fun and very pretty wine. Initial aromas of honeysuckle and lemon zest. Continues to blossom with grassy and floral notes. Sharp acidity and fantastic structure. Fresh and alive though very, very young. Salinity and precision on the palate with green apples and moist stone. Not Chablis but not trying to be either. It’s own thing and rather nice. — 7 days ago
