2020 vintage. Tour de Rieux is one of the 5 estates owned by the Fabre family in the Languedoc. Claire Fabre inheritated this Minervois estate in 2016. The vineyards are situated in the Laure Minervois, a pretender to the crown of specific "Cru" in the Languedoc. A very good effort in the "no added sulfites " category that is often more error than trial. It is light and refreshing with a nice spicy finish. Lovely, if simple. Abv. 13,5%. — 2 years ago

Im falling in a thousand flowers field.
Jasmin, Aloe Vera, litchi, honey and pollen.
Fantastic.
Bewitched !
Flowers, White flowers, sugar and acidity are perfectly balanced. Smooth.
Finish : Jasmin flower. Hmmmmmm.
This is clearly the best white grappe juice than i ever drinking. Balanced, pleasant and long for 4.4 €.

Bio et non filtré.
C'est une chute dans un champ de fleurs, la variété des parfums est large, le miel, le pollen, le jasmin et la litchi dominent. C'est très agréable.
Envoûtant !
Le sucre et l'acidité sont parfaitement équilibrées, l'acacia, la litchi et le miel se partagent la bouche.
C'est grand ! La finale est longue sur le jasmin.
Je me délecte !
De toute évidence c'est le meilleur jus de raisin blanc que j'ai bu jusqu'à ce jour.
Son équilibre, sa complexité et sa fraîcheur en fin un jus de chaque instant.
4.4 € est définitivement un très bon prix.

Best, most accessible young version of this. Glorious aromas of game, wild olives, pungent violets and stunning blankberry fruit and flower. The nose is out of this world. 9.7 nose. Smells like Cornas via Chambolle. Wow. Palate is so juicy, nimble and elegant with excellent red fruited goodness. Wow the freshness and acidity are so present. Grainy but well formulated tannins. So linear. Finishes very mineral. So classic. The tannins are so elegant and rest on on one’s lower cheeks/jaw. Blown away. So supple yet so classic. — 2 months ago
