From a producer based in Peru’s Sacred Valley, hence the cervecería name. Great amber color with a plentiful nose. Light-medium body. Not as heavy as most IIPA’s I’ve tasted from the USA or Europe. ABV% tasted more like 7.3% than 9.3% but that’s always the trap with this style, isn’t it? Based on this, I’d hit this again and/or look to try other styles from this producer. 9.11.24. — 2 years ago

Ok, the beer leads me to believe you've got soft tacos going, but the seasoned beef says shredded iceberg and la victoria?

Soft tacos with shredded iceburg, pepper jack and black beans. The beer was the only authentic thing- but they sure were good.
